All sales are final at KKH Candles.

However, if an item(s) arrives damaged or is defective in any way please contact us immediately at KKHCandles@gmail.com. We will replace damaged/defective item(s) or in certain circumstances and when more appropriate, refund the cost of the item(s).

Candles are normally shipped within 5-7 business days after the order is placed. We strive to package our products with great care to ensure that damage does occur to your order.  

All packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and may take up to 3 days to receive depending on the shipping zip code.

Please understand that we have no control over the package once it is shipped and cannot guarantee transit times. If you have any issues with delays, you will need to contact USPS directly.
